Monica, Keith, and I would like to thank you for a wonderful tour. All of the arrangements made by your company were seamless and delivered as promised. Your meticulous planning made our trip much more enjoyable as everything was taken care of so well by your team.

All of the tour guides were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area they were showing us, which was greatly appreciated. As I mentioned on the phone when we spoke, it was a bit difficult to understand the guide in Fatehpur Sikri as his English was very rough but we was knowledgable nonetheless.

I would like to make special mention of our driver. I don't remember his name, I believe it was Bansi? He was OUTSTANDING and made the long rides to and from each location much more enjoyable. He made us feel comfortable and safe at all times and his charismatic personality helped the time fly by. Please give him our warmest regards and extend our gratitude to him!

I did the Tripadvisor feedback before seeing this email. We had a great time in Rajahstan. The accommodation and meals were fantastic, my favourite restaurant the Peacock Restaurant. Udaipur was great because of the hotel roof restaurant too. Anil was a wonderfullly skilled driver - we could not have been in better hands. Every place we visited was an education for us because of the local guides. The history, culture, colour, action and people make Rajahstan an amazing destination. Deogarh was again very good, staying in a palace is something we have never done. The town was not so touristic as other places. Because we like to see a lot during the day and just go to bed early (old age!) we didn't go out at night and were happy in our hotels.

The one thing we would have done differently is to stay longer. But now we know how fascinating India is we will be back!

We appreciate your organising our tour, it was unforgettable. It is obvious that you know what you are doing and do it well.

Everything about it was perfect. It was extremely well organised, the hotels we stayed in were of great standards, the three guides that showed us around Delhi, Agra and Jaipur were very knowledgeable and great company and finally, we really enjoyed having Mr Souris (not sure of the spelling) as our driver for the trip. Thanks to him, we felt very safe, comfortable and we enjoyed all the great views of India from the comfort of his car. We will definitely be using him again if we come back to India and we will make sure to recommend your company to our family and friends.

Mr Saad,

Thank you for looking after our holiday bookings. We had a very good holiday. The kids enjoyed the trip – though we had to cut back on a few things in Jaipur as they were getting a bit tired. If it were only my wife and I we would have done everything… and maybe more? India is an amazing place – with a very long and interesting history.

Suresh is a very capable driver, and went out of his way to look after us. The guides were also very helpful too. Having someone manage arrivals and departures in Agra and Jaipur is also a nice touch – and reassuring… to know that we were still being looked after.

And thank you also for looking after our train booking – this was also much appreciated. The train trip was hassle free.

We enjoyed ourselves very much and I have no hesitation to recommend ‘Classic Taj Tours’ to others. I intend to leave some positive feedback on Trip Advisor – which I also made use of in planning our trip to India.

Hi Mohd,

As i travelled to India by myself, I thought choosing a trustworthy travel agent over the internet would be quite a mission for me. After reading so many reviews from here, I sent out a couple emails to the agents and tried to plan my trip. Mr Saad from Classic Taj was the first one to reply me with all the details I need. It felt like he works 24/7 as he can reply my emails within an hour with 7 hours time difference! His responsible and punctual response gave me lots confidence to plan the trip with them. 

When I arrived in New Delhi at 9pm, it took nearly two hours to get my arrival visa in the airport (Do get it before you arrive to India, as the officers in the airport are super unhelpful and totally ripped off). I was so worrying that my driver would thought I bailed out the trip and drove away. I was so glad when I received the roaming calls from Mr Saad and let me know the driver was waiting for me no matter how long it takes! 

4 days travelled around Golden Triangle by myself, I would't feel a bored moment. The guides are super helpful in each city, took a lot of nice photos for me and blocked away many 'curious' people try to get close and take photo of me. Special mentioned my driver Sunder, he is such a humble, honest, professional and friendly person! He even bought me two big can of "5000 super strong beer"while I was sitting in the car for hours to go to the destinations! 

I feel so grateful that the travel agent Classic Taj that I chose is such a wise decision, I can trust all the staffs and service provided and they made my trip so pleasant and the most important, hassle free! What's more?? It is great value, as compared to the quote from other "famous" travel agents in here! Highly recommended! Thanks a lot!

I just made it back to USA couple of days ago, and I would like to thank you for organizing the trip and being very accommodating for the last minute changes we did.

It was a really nice experience (only the heat was an issue), but nevertheless we all really had a good time.

The tempo traveler was excellent 5 stars, hotels 4 star, the driver 2 stars as he was not very accommodating, the tour guides 5 stars, food 4 stars, organization and arrangement of the tour 5 stars, communication 5 stars, value 5 stars.

Overall I would rate it 4.5 stars out of 5 stars. 

I would highly recommend to take this tour for others.

This note comes a little late as we were travelling again after returning from India. Thank you for your wonderful service while we were in India. It was a good experience and we were well taken care of. Bansi is a very good person and a good and experienced driver. The hotels are great too and we enjoyed India's service hospitality very much. We were glad that we had booked with your company. Just a couple of minor concerns which maybe can help to even better your service. 1.For shopping, we were taken to specific shops which we found to be rather expensive as the prices are about those in Singapore. 2. Although the distance between the 3 states are about 200+ km, it took us more than 5 hours to reach due to traffic. If we had known this, we would have opted for alternative transportation such as flight or train as it was very tiring for my mum especially. Other than that we had a great time. We were also expecting to see you the night before we left but you did not come to the hotel or airport. Please convey our thanks to Bansi. I am back safely at home in Florida. Thanks for an amazing, unforgettable adventure! :-) Everything was perfect except for our train experience. The itinerary exceeded my expectations and the guides and drivers were friendly. The hotels were wonderful and food delicious! I have already posted some pictures on Facebook and have gotten at least 60 comments and likes since I posted them this afternoon. Keep up the wonderful job of making vacations to India fabulous! :-)
