Our Golden Triangle Tour with Classic Taj Tours was everything we hoped for and more. Trip was GREAT. No problems at all. Guides were all lovely and took great care of us, though some more knowledgeable than others. Hotels were wonderful especially the Oberois! You (Ms. Veronica Meeder ) and Mr. Saad did a great job. Still jet lagged but I will go on TripAdvisor to write him a good review. You should market your ability to do tours in India. Hi Moh! I am back safely at home in Florida. Thanks for an amazing, unforgettable adventure! :-) Everything was perfect except for our train experience. The itinerary exceeded my expectations and the guides and drivers were friendly. The hotels were wonderful and food delicious! Our Delhi-Agra-Jaipur with Classic Taj Tours exceeded our every expectation. We chose the 5 star option, where we had a personal car and driver for the entire trip. Our driver, Mr. Ramprakash (Ram), was outstanding. He answered every question we had, plus gave us a lot of little know information about the cities and the culture. It was like having a constant tour guide! For each city we had a tour guide just for the two of us. All of them (Mr. Gajraj in Delhi, Mr. Dutta in Agra and Mr. Subodh in Jaipur) were exceptional. They were very knowledgeable, and customized the tour to our needs and pace. They were also great photographers, and knew the perfect spots for us to get the best pictures. We got engaged at the Taj Mahal, and Mr. Dutta went over and above to make that moment, and day, special for us. The hotels we stayed at were incredible (the ITC group). The staff was very friendly and they got us a cake to celebrate our engagement. The included buffet breakfast had options to satisfy every palette. Hello Sir, Monica, Keith, and I would like to thank you for a wonderful tour. All of the arrangements made by your company were seamless and delivered as promised. Your meticulous planning made our trip much more enjoyable as everything was taken care of so well by your team. All of the tour guides were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area they were showing us, which was greatly appreciated. As I mentioned on the phone when we spoke, it was a bit difficult to understand the guide in Fatehpur Sikri as his English was very rough but we was knowledgeable nonetheless. I would like to make special mention of our driver. I don't remember his name, I believe it was Bansi? He was OUTSTANDING and made the long rides to and from each location much more enjoyable. He made us feel comfortable and safe at all times and his charismatic personality helped the time fly by. Please give him our warmest regards and extend our gratitude to him! Classic Taj Tours created a wonderful Indian experience for us. We found them online and sent them our extensive “wish list.” We like customizing our travels to explore our particular interests on our schedule. Using email, our trip coordinator Mr. Saad promptly advised us on the best possible itinerary for our month-long trip in March. He helped us pare down our ambitions; suggested the interesting Elephant Festival in Jaipur; and complied with our unusual request to see horse racing in Mumbai. We set off on our trip with a clear, detailed itinerary combining air, rail, and road travel and included a cell phone for our use. Mr. Saad was available day or night if we needed him and frequently checked in with our drivers and guides. He met us at airports and train stations, made sure luggage found us, and calmly handled some logistical challenges that developed. The guides in each city were well-spoken, informative, and always prepared to assist. Our drivers were generally good even though stops for directions were common. We chose to stay in home stays (similar to bed and breakfasts), which gave us great contact with the people of India. These private quarters in family homes were clean and charming and the food was wonderful. The families were smart and interesting, warm and caring. We highly recommend this form of lodging in India, particularly if you want to get a sense of the “real” India. The sights were impressive and the multiple layers of history are ever-present. The people were kind and always smiling. Be prepared for the traffic, smog, and long rides, but India is so vast and interesting that these become minor details. India was a great pleasure and we thank Mr. Saad and Classic Taj Tours for their help. When we return to India, we will be using their services again. R & R, California
We enjoyed our trip to Nainital and Corbett. Which is located in Himalayan Mountains and viewed the breath taking snow capped mountain and wildlife in Corbett. The Golden Triangle Tour was the highlight of our month long medical travel to New Delhi, India. Mr. Saad took us under his wings and supplied our every need, from language barrier, restaurants, hotels, to hospital stay.
