Hi, We really enjoyed our trip to Rajasthan and Delhi. The hotels were all quite nice, some of them fantastic. We particularly enjoyed our stay at Ratan Villas in Jodhpur. The local guides were all fine. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The car was great, very clean and comfortable. Our driver Anil was really fantastic. He looked after us so well and provided such warm hospitality. We found him punctual, reliable and friendly. We thought he really made the tour what it was and if it weren't for him our experience wouldn't have been the same. Classic taj tours overall was a great company to use. Communication was very prompt and clear and our whole tour was handled quite professionally. I did the TripAdvisor feedback before seeing this email. We had a great time in Rajasthan. The accommodation and meals were fantastic, my favorite restaurant the Peacock Restaurant. Udaipur was great because of the hotel roof restaurant too. Anil was a wonderfullly skilled driver - we could not have been in better hands. Every place we visited was an education for us because of the local guides. The history, culture, color, action and people make Rajasthan an amazing destination. Deogarh was again very good, staying in a palace is something we have never done. The town was not so touristic as other places. Because we like to see a lot during the day and just go to bed early (old age!) we didn't go out at night and were happy in our hotels. The one thing we would have done differently is to stay longer. But now we know how fascinating India is we will be back! We appreciate your organizing our tour, it was unforgettable. It is obvious that you know what you are doing and do it well. I thought you may appreciate some feedback on our recent tour with your company. The pace and content of the tour was excellent, considering the distance covered and available time for visits to attractions etc. We did little shopping so time here was not a problem. The quality of hotels was very good and food , service of a high standard. We highly praise our driver Bansi, who was courteous, polite, respectful and punctual at all times. He was always attentive but respectful of our privacy and a delight to have as our driver. A definite asset for you company. In conclusion we enjoyed our trip and would recommend your company to friends with the exception of one tour guide which i feel you will remedy that problem. Kind Regards. Our experience with Mr. Saad was excellent, courteous, helpful and very cooperative. It was a nice welcome and good start to the tour. All the guides were very informative and cooperative. Hotels in Jaipur and Agra were exceptionally good but a superior hotel (ITC Maurya) would have been preferable. Our car was in good condition and driver Suresh bhai was very good and humble. He is a superb driver, a splendid companion and tour-guide, and his reliability made us feel 100% secure at all times. Prior to our leaving Canada, your own communications were also most reassuring as was the presence of one of your representatives both at Agra and Jaipur. We were mostly impressed about the reliability of your contact people - we were never left out on arrivals and departures, there was always someone from the agency that came to meet us and accompany us to our destinations. When we think about it, they were so many people involved with our trip that it is a real wonder that this part of organization went so smoothly. Trip was GREAT. No problems at all. Guides were all lovely and took great care of us, though some more knowledgeable than others. Hotels were wonderful especially the Oberois! You (Ms. Veronica Meeder ) and Mr. Saad did a great job. Still jet lagged but I will go on TripAdvisor to write him a good review. You should market your ability to do tours in India. Hi Moh! I am back safely at home in Florida. Thanks for an amazing, unforgettable adventure! :-) Everything was perfect except for our train experience. The itinerary exceeded my expectations and the guides and drivers were friendly. The hotels were wonderful and food delicious!
