Hi Mohd, Overall, we were very happy with our tour. It was a little bit tiring, but we enjoyed it and learned a lot. The service from your company was good for us. We got everything that was promised to us. I really appreciated the way your team handled our problems in Jodhpur with the Ranbanka Palace Hotel, and I thank you for moving us back to Park Plaza with no fuss. I'll provide some specific comments about the services: Driver Mr. Ram - He was fantastic. My wife especially liked him, and that made the trip much easier for me. He drove safely at all times, and he was on time 100% of the days. He provided information and advice for us during the times when the guides weren't there. Really enjoyed his service. Guides - All of the guides were good. They all were very knowledgeable about their respective cities. We especially liked the guide in Jodhpur who was very detail oriented, and he seemed to really love his job. We had a great time with him. Hans Hotel - The room was nice and the breakfast buffet was above average. We had some problem with noise from the elevator on the first night, but they moved us to a new room to resolve it on the 2nd night. Clark Shiraz - The room was nice. We were satisfied here. Lemontree Jaipur - By far the nicest place we stayed on the trip. We loved this hotel. Breakfast buffet was superb. Room was modern and very quiet. Park Plaza - Pretty good hotel. We were happy here. Udai Kothi - Beautiful hotel with an interesting design. Unfortunately, we had a problem with noise here too. We couldn't sleep on the first night, but they moved us to a new room on the 2nd which was more quiet. Pratap Palace - Again, very nice hotel with a beautiful room, but we had some noise problems. Everything was made of marble, and the noise was reflected from the hallways and the other rooms. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation, Scott Parks - USA
Dear Mr. Saad, We arrived home earlier today and I just had to write and say a big thank you to Classic Taj Tours. It was a true pleasure having your company plan our private tour of India to the cities we desired to see. We got a very personal glimpse into India by being on the private tour offered by your company. The local guides that met us in each of the cities were knowledgeable and professional and provided a great in-depth explanation of the history that vastly incorporates India. Our driver Sishpal who drove us around for the entire tour did a superior job navigating the sometimes chaotic roads and was always punctual in picking us up each day from our various hotels at the agreed upon time. He was truly a pleasure to have behind the wheel and we fully entrusted him to get us where we needed to go safely and he did just that with a wonderful and happy attitude. Overall a wonderful experience! From e-mailing to setting up tour, it was excellent response. My wife had doubts about our trip but was very pleased. Delhi was good but dreary weather and rain made it least favorite. Also the places visited was not astounding as Agra & Jaipur. Could have used more time in Agra and Jaipur, but may be next time. The car provided to us was clean and ran perfect. Our driver – Bansi went out of his way to help us and shown India. He was always prompt and cheerful. Anything we asked of him, he was willing to do – even taking me to get hair cut. An excellent driver! We would recommend Classic Taj Tours to our friends. It is very good value and everything they promised we received. Having your own private car & driver makes your travel & tours so much easier. Not waiting for other bus member to show up. We had a wonderful time and Bansi was a fantastic driver and companion through out the trip. We have put a review on TripAdvisor to day should be able to see it in a few days. Thank you so much the Hotels were really good, and the Guides were very informative. NC was very good as were the other two. the thing we saw and did was very memorable, and the Taj Mahal well words cant say how that felt. We were so sad that our friends could not come, as they themselves were. But He is having treatment now and seems to be getting on OK. it was an infection from the biopsy that was the cause of them not coming, Bad Hospital treatment. he would have got better treatment in India. so once again Thank you so very much Gary Maureen, USA
Thank you for being so responsive to all of my questions and requests for the tour that we took on December of 2008. You are very professional and was able to work within our requested budget. The guides were kind and very informative on culture, shopping, and dining. The car was comfortable and our driver was very kind, considerate, and timely. The Golden Triangle tour, including the hotels,was wonderful but one trip is just not enough!!! In January of 2007, my wife and I traveled to New Delhi for medical treatment. From our initial arrival until our departure in Feb.2007, Mr. Saad coordinated and supervised all our activities including a three-day Golden Triangle Tour. I very much enjoyed my time in India. The itinerary which included the addition of Udaipur was great and for those looking for a rapid tour and don't mind the duration riding in the car, I recommend it. The Udaipur hotel could have been better but you said it was the second choice so that's okay. The Agra guides were all very good. In Jaipur the peacock restaurant is excellent and hotel was fine/ the elephant ride and palace tour was great. I wish I had more time in India. I think the rapid tour you put together was great and will recommend your company for those looking for a similar experience . If you have a precise question I would be happy to answer. Our tour executive Mr. Saad is efficient, trustworthy and friendly. We certainly would work with him again. All the hotels were good especially Amar Vilas: top in the world. Basically it was highlight of the trip. Our car was good and safe. Our driver was reliable and secure. Should use garbage in the car. Classic Taj Tours is efficient, trustworthy and friendly to work.
